  • Choose a break duration: 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days

  • Account access resumes only after your selected period ends

Self-Exclusion

  • Request via the contact form

  • Temporarily block your account for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or indefinitely

  • Marketing emails will be paused during your exclusion

  • Indefinite exclusions require a minimum of 6 months and a 7-day waiting period to reopen the account

Permanent Account Closure

  • Contact customer support to permanently close your account

  • Permanent closures are final and cannot be reversed
